It is the Democratic Party that introduced and continues to support our social programs such as Public Schools, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, support of labor, labor unions, and equality for all citizens regardless of race, sex, religion, or sexual orientation. Our nation consists of immigrants from all corners of the world. Our culture is diverse and our Democratic view demands respect and equal opportunity for all persons residing in the United States of America.
